Move from emotional release to a deeper state of awareness through an Osho-inspired experiential journey. Catharsis to Consciousness creates a space to express suppressed emotions, release built-up tension, and become more aware of the thoughts and feelings that shape your inner world.

Through dynamic movement, expressive practices, and meditation, explore the shift from unconscious emotional reactions to conscious observation.

Discover how conscious expression can become a pathway to inner stillness, clarity, and presence.

Swami Gurucharan

Swami Gurucharan is a seeker, meditator, and facilitator whose path has been shaped by a lifelong need to question everything until he found what was true for himself.

Born in England and raised in India, he returned to London at 14 for his studies. Living away from home, he explored many cultures and ways of being, and it was there his inner journey began. Though a direct descendant of the third Sikh Guru, Guru Amar Das Ji, he could never simply believe what he was told — he always carried questions, and always sensed there was more to life.

In London he explored several paths, practicing Sadhguru’s meditation and breathwork for around three years, yet deeper transformation eluded him — until he met Osho. Long doubtful of gurus, everything shifted at Osho Tapoban in Nepal, where he stayed seven months under his guru Swami Anand Arun and received his sannyas name, Swami Gurucharan. There he devoted himself to Osho’s active meditations, completed the Facilitator Training Course, and underwent Osho’s therapies, including No-Mind and Mystic Rose.

Only three months into his practice, he felt called to share what he had found. In the two years since, more than a thousand seekers have connected with him, many guided toward discovering that the love and strength they sought were always within them. Today he facilitates active meditation and conducts retreats across India. His deepest aspiration is to share the most beautiful gift he has received — Osho, and the meditations he left behind for the human being of this mad age, which he believes can only heal if we begin with ourselves, one by one.
